Can I really browse the candidates myself?
Yes. The talent pool home page shows resume cards with role, age, experience and Chinese level. For privacy, public pages carry no names, phone numbers or photos — you meet the person after we connect you.
How good is the candidates' Chinese?
Every resume is tagged at intake on four levels: native, fluent, conversational, basic. Native and fluent suit interpreters, accountants and sales representatives who communicate directly; conversational suits warehouse, driving and customer service; basic suits general labour and support roles.
What if the role I need is not in the pool?
Tell the AI advisor Xiaoxian the role name, or reach us on WhatsApp. For roles with no ready file, you get an answer and a timeline within 24 hours.
Our company is not registered in Laos — can we still employ Lao staff legally?
Yes. Under the EOR arrangement Hongxian Laos signs the employment contract, pays salaries and files social security and personal income tax; you direct the work and manage performance.
